Moscow Philharmonic

I just went to see the Moscow Philharmonic perform Tchaikovsky's Fourth Symphony, as well as the Russian Easter Festival Overture by Rimsky-Korsakov and Prokofiev's Second Piano Concerto. It was absolutely brilliant, plus they gave no fewer than four encores. The soloist for the concerto also gave an encore.

I AM ACTUALLY THE MOST JEALOUS EVER!!!! I adore Tchaikovsky's fourth symphony (that's the one with the fate theme right? I adore it so much, I'm not entirely sure which one it is hyuck hyuck)!

I'm not sure. The first perhaps?

I think so. It's the one that starts with the big trumpet fanfare: daa, da da da daa, da da da daa...
I'm slightly unsure about the Fate theme, only because when I tried to check on Google it brought up as many results for his Fifth Symphony (which is what we're playing in the University Symphony Orchestra :))

I played it on Saturday, actually. I don't think I know the fifth symphony. How does it go (a foolish question to ask over the internet, perhaps)?
